Étude Services is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, in practice since 2011 and certified to ISO 9001:2015. Our senior team carries more than a hundred years of collective experience across India’s railways and the public sector, and has delivered work in six countries, bringing the right expertise to the right note of every project.

Who we are

From conception to completion.

We provide consultancy, advisory and design services to government and private organisations across engineering, architecture and infrastructure, specialising in the railway and infrastructure sectors in India and overseas. Our teams carry out pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, alignment and detailed surveys, Detailed Project Reports and full Project Management Consultancy.

Certified to ISO 9001:2015, we combine deep institutional experience with a sharp, modern engineering practice, from station redevelopment and dedicated freight corridors to metro proof-checking, major bridges and high-speed rail. We have delivered for clients in India, Mongolia, Ghana, Bangladesh, Nepal and Gabon.

Chairman

Subodh Kumar Jain

A transportation expert with over forty years across engineering, planning and management in Indian Railways and the public sector.

Mr. Jain’s career spans forty years of engineering, planning and management in Indian Railways and the public sector, including the design of the Delhi Metro and innovations in track technology. He served as General Manager of Central Railway and rose to Member (Infrastructure) on the Railway Board.

He teaches Project Management at TERI University, Delhi, and is a guest lecturer at IIT Gandhinagar. He holds a B.E. from the University of Roorkee and is a member of AREMA, the Institution of Permanent Way Engineers and IABSE.
